(the “Company”, “Integrated Rewards”, “IR”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) collects, uses, discloses, and protects information provided by users (“Users”, “Members”, “you”, or “your”) through any website, mobile application, embedded experience, or rewards or cashback platform that is owned, operated, managed, or powered by Integrated Rewards (collectively, the “Platform”).

Platforms operated by Integrated Rewards may include, without limitation, Paymi, Save.ca Cashback, CST Rewards, Affina, and other current or future programs.

By accessing or using a Platform or the Services, or by submitting information to us, you agree to the terms of this Privacy Policy. This Policy forms part of, and is incorporated by reference into, the Integrated Rewards Terms of Use.

2. Definitions

Collect

Member
Means any individual or entity using the Services for whom an account has been created or is in the process of being created.

Merchant
Means any retailer or service provider participating in the Services and making offers available through a Platform or Network Partner.

Offer Related Purchase
Means a qualifying transaction made in accordance with a Merchant offer.

Personal Information
Means information about an identifiable individual, including name, email address, and transaction-related data, as defined under applicable privacy law.

Service
Means all cashback, rewards, technology, content, and related services provided by Integrated Rewards.

If you access the Services through a Marketing Partner or Network Partner, we may receive information such as:

Integrated Rewards does not store banking login credentials.

- To Marketing Partners or Network Partners where necessary to operate the Services

Integrated Rewards does not disclose personally identifiable transaction data to Merchants.

8. Aggregated and Anonymized Data

Integrated Rewards may analyze, use, sell, license, or disclose aggregated and anonymized data derived from Member activity. This data does not identify individual Members and is used for analytics, insights, and business purposes.

9. Location of Information and Service Providers

Personal Information is primarily stored in Canada but may be processed or accessed outside of Canada by trusted service providers. Where Personal Information is processed outside Canada, it may be subject to the laws of that jurisdiction. Integrated Rewards takes reasonable measures to protect Personal Information in all locations.

10. Business Transactions

Personal Information may be used or disclosed in connection with a proposed or completed business transaction, including a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets. Successor entities may use Personal Information in accordance with this Policy.

11. Surveys

Survey responses are collected and reported in aggregate. Individual responses are not attributed to identifiable Members.

12. Public Forums

Any information shared in public forums may be visible to others. We recommend exercising caution when posting Personal Information publicly.

13. Links to Third-Party Websites

This Policy does not apply to third-party websites. We encourage you to review their privacy policies before providing information.

14. Communications Preferences

You may opt out of non-essential promotional communications at any time. Service-related messages required for Platform operation cannot be fully opted out of.

Opting out of Integrated Rewards communications does not opt you out of Merchant or Network Partner communications you have separately consented to.

15. Access and Correction

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your Personal Information by contacting support@integratedrewards.ca. Requests are subject to legal limitations.

16. Security Safeguards

Integrated Rewards uses administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect Personal Information. No system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute protection.

17. Consent Withdrawal

You may withdraw consent at any time, subject to legal or contractual restrictions. Withdrawal of consent may limit our ability to provide Services.

18. Minors

The Services are not intended for individuals under the age of majority. If Personal Information relating to a minor is identified, it will be deleted where required by law.

19. Data Retention

Personal Information is retained as long as necessary to provide Services and meet legal obligations. Some information may be retained after account closure for compliance purposes.
